However, in the context of maintenance, support and security services, it cannot be excluded that personal data may be accessed by the provider from Israel and that personal data may be processed in Israel. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with TYCO. An adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR exists for Israel, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
1. Server Log Files
Your browser transmits access data, so-called server log files, each time you visit our website, which we process to ensure system security. The following information is typically recorded in the log files:
• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Requested website including pages accessed
• Browser type and version
• Operating system and device type
• Referrer URL (previously visited website)
The temporary storage of this data is necessary for the delivery of the website. Further storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of our systems. Our legitimate interest in the data processing also lies in these purposes (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the achievement of these purposes.
2. Consent-Management (Cookiebot/Usercentrics)
To manage the use of cookies and other tags on our website, we use the consent management platform "Cookiebot" by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark.
When you visit our website, Cookiebot displays which tools we use, what data is processed and for what purposes. Where tools are not strictly necessary for the operation of our website, we ask for your consent via the banner.
Your selection is stored in the local storage of your device and in a database with servers located in the EU. In addition to your decision (consent / rejection), the following information is recorded:
• Device information
• Browser information
• Anonymised IP address
• Opt-in and opt-out data
• Date and time of visit
Legal basis: Access to your device by the CMP is technically strictly necessary (Section 25(2) No. 2 German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). The subsequent storage of your consent data for documentation purposes is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We retain your decisions for as long as they are valid, and beyond that for up to three years to demonstrate consent or withdrawal.
You may change your selection at any time by calling up the cookie banner again and adjusting your settings. If you have consented to a cookie being set and later withdraw that consent, the cookies already set will not be deleted; however, the execution of the underlying script will be suppressed, so that no further information is collected.
Further information on data processing by Usercentrics can be found in their privacy policy at usercentrics.com/privacy-policy.
